Tanks received a %5 increase to damage reduction (both taken and Dealt) and Warriors received an increase to their incoming healing due to magic.
Most classes across the board received boosts to their HP while while also receiving many potency drops to weapon-skills.
Skills that stun now seem to all be limited to 2 seconds now bringing the stun within the GCD making it less likely to stun lock targets.
A select few skills did receive some timing fixes in the form of adjusted recast timers.
An issue in Deltascape V4.0 and Deltascape V4.0 (Savage) wherein damage over time from Blizzard III was higher than intended.
An issue in PvP encounters wherein players could be knocked back even when using the PvP action Concentrate.
